History

FMG was established in the late 1980s by Johan Kahm, Arild Johansen, and Barbro London, who are still today the three senior principals. FMG is wholly owned by its management.

FMG has been a pioneer in that we created the worlds very first 'fund of funds' in:

2011 – FMG Rising 6 Fund - Brazil, Russia, India, China, Africa & Middle East

2010 – FMG Iraq Fund (formerly FMG Special Opportunity Fund) - Iraq

2009 – FMG Real Estate Fund - India, China and GCC

2007 – FMG Africa Fund - Sub Sahara

2006 – FMG MENA Fund - Middle East and North Africa

2003 – FMG Rising³ Fund – BRIC – RIC: Russia, India, China
